The beautiful gardens at this hotel are charming, providing a lovely view from the deluxe room's balcony. The friendly staff is helpful with almost all requests. Although the menu doesn't have many choices, some dishes were very nice, but I'm afraid that's as far as it goes.

The hotel shows its age.

The beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly throughout. The complex is gorgeous and very spacious, which cannot be guessed from the pictures. There are hardly any tourists and on the weekends only locals.

The breakfast is very varied, however, the room service is underground and on normal food we ordered pasta aglio e olio come without seafood, mushrooms or a hot chilli sauce - we always ordered it the same way, but it was different each time.

Very nice pool area. Only 15 minutes from the volcano (very practical for sunrise tours). Staff very helpful as far as the language skills allow.

The majority of the staff speaks hardly any English. The restaurant offers in comparison very overpriced prices, nevertheless the food was one of the worse we had in Indonesia. We had been able to experience the same dish the day before somewhere else for half and better spiced.

We found the hotel facilities to be top-notch, with a beautiful garden and a great pool for everyone to enjoy. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, ensuring maximum comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, close to public transportation and with ample parking available. The breakfast was also quite nice, with a variety of options to choose from.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was really spacious and had a beautiful view of the surroundings. I also loved the fact that the manager would personally come and speak to the guests. It made me feel valued and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

Incredible Mountain View!

We were absolutely mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from Sinabung Hills. It felt like being in a picturesque paradise. The cool highland weather added to the charm. The rooms may have had some issues, but the view made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning scenery.
